- Strictly one real account per household is permitted.
- Irregularities between the name of the casino account holder and the name of the credit card holder, on the credit card used to make purchases will invalidate the offer. The name of the casino account holder must match the name of the credit card holder.
- Suspicious cash-ins will be audited.
- Casino Promotions Department will be the sole judge of the promotional offer. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion to discontinue or cancel any promotional offer at any time for any reason whatsoever without notice. Any person deviating from the promotional rules may be disqualified.
- Our employees, officers or directors promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for entry. The same terms shall apply for the direct families of such persons.
- Player is over the age of Legal Majority i.e. player is an adult as the term is legally defined in the player's jurisdiction.
- Player shall not allow any other person or third party including, without limitation any minor to participate in the games.
- Each promotion rule shall be severable from each of the other rules, and if any rules are found to be void, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining rules shall remain in force and in effect.

- Participation in a Casino is strictly limited to persons 18 years of age and older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right at any time to request that you furnish us with proof of your identity and age as a condition precedent to allow you further participation in a Casino. We may cancel a user's account and exclude a user from using a Casino if proof of age is not provided, or if we suspect that a user playing a Casino in any manner is underage.
- If we find the age of the player having won in our Casino is underage, we cancel his winning and return the primordial deposit.
Promotion terms and conditions
- All promotions can only be claimed once per person, household, family, household address, email address, credit card number, or shared computer environment such as a library, workplace, fraternity, university or school.
- You are only allowed one real active account. If you have more than one account at a casino then all winnings will be void.
- If the name on the account doesn't match the name on the credit card used to make deposits to the account then all winnings will be void.
- To get Invite a Friend bonus the player you refer must first satisfy all of the above Promotional Terms and Conditions.
- Promotional offers being sent by e-mail are for the intended recipient only and cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended e-mail recipient, the offer is void.
- Casino keeps the right to change our Promotions and its terms and Conditions any time without any prior warning.
- Promotional bonuses that remain unused in a player's account for longer than 2 months from the date of registration, will be forfeited. Promotional bonuses will be deemed "used" once the minimum wager requirements have been met.
- If the player wins a sum regarded by the Casino Management as worthy of publicity, he automatically agrees to be available for any event of such nature arranged by the Casino. Casino is completely responsible to protect player's privacy.
- The Welcome bonus is determined by the date an account is opened. If the player opens an account but leaves it dormant for admissible time, Welcome bonus active when joining the Casino will still be awarded.
- Your account is deemed "dormant" if it wasn't used for at least six (6) calendar months since the moment of the last action performed through it (money deposit, placing the bet).
- If your account should become dormant, we will notify you via email (the "Notification Email") of any "real" balance that might be remaining in the account excluding bonuses weren't turned over sufficiently.
- You will have thirty (30) days from the date of the Notification Email to claim any remaining balance. If you fail to do so, your account will be closed and the remaining balance will be forfeited to the Casino.
- If player discovers, however, that his account has been closed and balance forfeited in accordance to the provisions described above, he may lay a claim upon the written application to Casino. Casino, in its sole discretion, shall decide whether or not the player is entitled to the funds stated in his written application. Casino's decision shall be final and binding.
- Bonus credits not played within 30 days of being awarded will be deemed to have expired and will be removed.
Promotions and publicity
- If, while playing at a Casino, Player wins a sum of money or any other prize regarded by us as worthy of publicity, player grants to us the right to use his first name in any press releases and/or promotional materials, and agrees to make himself reasonably available for any event(s) arranged by the Casino, at the Casino's cost and expense.
- It is understood that we will from time to time run certain promotions and competitions through Casino. These promotions and competitions will likely have separate terms, conditions and rules that are specific to it. These Terms and Conditions shall also apply to any such promotion or competition. In case of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the specific provisions of the promotion or competition, the promotion / competition specific provisions shall govern but only to the extent of the conflict and in no other manner.
- In case Casino management suspects a player in cheating or using our Bonus System dishonestly, we may deny, withhold or withdraw from this user's account any bonus or promotion, terminate that user's access to the Casino and/or block that user's account either temporarily or permanently.
